What is Coaching?

Most people spend their lives in a pattern of fear and constriction, playing a role that was formed long ago. Over time, it becomes more and more painful to play these roles that have nothing to do with our true nature. We may even become sick from these limiting patterns and the relationships that keep us small.

A well-trained coach gives you feedback on where your essence and energy is and gently but firmly leads you in that direction. He or she will set aside their own ego, agenda and expectations…simply becoming a mirror that reflects back to you the qualities you ignore. Your coach introduces you to your genius.

Similar to the function of a coach in sports, a business or relationship coach gives you the feedback and information you need to go into high performance and win your game, in whatever arena is most suited to your goals and desires.

Based on the Sage Method, this type of coaching is tailored to bring out your charisma, talent and exuberance through observation and feedback, based on real-world results. Like a precise surgery, you will find yourself climbing the performance scales toward high vitality and aliveness. Your moods, concepts and self-pity fade, giving way to a life of excitement, pleasure and productivity.

How do you tune into yourself and get your engine revved up? This comes with feedback from your coach. It takes continuous adjustment, and continuous action with strategic projects, until you are really flying.

You will also begin to see how to modify your environment and relationships in a way that maximizes your abilities and serves your higher interest.

Specializing in partnership, selling, entrepreneurship and leadership, coaches using the Sage method have over 100 tools at their disposal…as described in Martin Sage’s Coaching Toolkit.

As you become more self-directed and start to tune into the pulses of aliveness within yourself, you will find doors opening, exciting projects taking shape, and money moving.

Coaching is not for everyone, but if you are someone who wants to be self-directed in this new free agent economy, coaching is for you!

Where are do you want to be 5 years from now? Do you want to have the life you want or do you want to force yourself to fit into a system or a role that is not very exciting for you? Coaching is most successful when done one-on-one, but you may also want to experience a small coaching group or a specialized training.

“Coaching is advanced communication…those with the most sophisticated tools will succeed…in business and relationship.”
